Everliving Jewels ("we", "us", "our") is a custom jewellery studio based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you book a consultation or contact us, we collect the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number, appointment preferences, and anything you tell us about your project (for example, your budget or design ideas). If you email us at info@everlivingjewels.com, we keep that correspondence.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use analytics cookies that collect technical information such as your approximate location (city level), device and browser type, pages visited, and how you found us. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.
2. How we use your information
- To schedule and hold your consultation, and to communicate with you about your project
- To design, craft, deliver and service your commission
- To understand how our website is used so we can improve it
- To send appointment confirmations and reminders
- To comply with legal and tax obligations
We only send marketing communications with your consent, in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and every message includes a way to unsubscribe.
3. Third-party services we use
- Google Analytics — website analytics. Google may set cookies and process data on servers outside Canada. See Google's Privacy Policy; you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
- HighLevel (LeadConnector) — our booking calendar and client communications. When you book a consultation, the information you enter is processed by HighLevel, whose servers are located in the United States. See HighLevel's Privacy Policy.
- Hostinger — website hosting, which maintains standard server logs.
Because some providers operate outside Canada, your information may be stored or processed in other jurisdictions and may be accessible to authorities there under local law.
4. Cookies
We use cookies for analytics as described above. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time; the website will continue to work.
5. Sharing your information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above (who act on our behalf), or where required by law.
6. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — for client records, as long as reasonably necessary to service your piece and meet legal, tax and warranty obligations — and then delete or anonymize it.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including serving this website over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information in a manner appropriate to its sensitivity.
8. Your rights
Under PIPEDA you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to its use (subject to legal or contractual limits). To do so, email info@everlivingjewels.com. If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
9. Children
Our website and services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be posted on this page.
